I didn’t sign up for a monthly membership, I only wanted a trial. Why am I being billed?
Trial memberships are available to customers so they can test our service. Once the trial period has passed, and if you have not cancelled, this trial membership automatically becomes a monthly subscription. Your bank account may show a pre-authorization hold for transactions. When your trial membership is cancelled, your bank will release this pre-authorization.
